Saints Speusippus, Eleusippus and Meleusippus

TWIN BROTHERS

Three twin brothers from Langres, Speusippe, Eleusippe, and Meleusippe, were converted to Christianity by Saint Benignus under the influence of their grandmother, Saint Leonilla. After breaking the idols on their estate, they confessed their faith before the Roman magistrates. They miraculously survived the stake before passing away in prayer, becoming the founding figures of the Church of Langres.
